Restaurant Server & Bartender

Job Summary

Koo Thai UWS, a Thai restaurant on the Upper West Side, is looking for friendly and reliable Servers and Bartenders to join our team. We’re looking for team members who provide great hospitality and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
• Bus, reset, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
• Process payments accurately
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members
• For bartenders: prepare cocktails and other beverages (training can be provided)

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent English; Chinese or Thai is a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and responsible
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
