Duties

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly using proper food running techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and handling tasks to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle manual lifting of heavy trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices to prevent injury
• Ensure all food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene protocols
• Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing needs promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest services and hospitality principles
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
