You’ll welcome locals, visitors, date-night couples, and the occasional witchy-weekend crowd with genuine energy and sharp attention to detail. One minute you may be recommending a cocktail at sunset; the next, you’re making sure a busy rooftop service stays organized, clean, and fun.

What you’ll do

• Create friendly, memorable experiences for every guest
• Know the menu, specials, beverages, and Salem-area vibe well enough to make great recommendations
• Work quickly and calmly during busy services, private events, and seasonal rushes
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management team
• Keep the rooftop polished, safe, stocked, and ready for the next wave of guests
• Bring a team-first attitude—no one gets left behind when the dinner rush hits
