Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Director of Operations

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Server is responsible for taking guest orders, serving, and informing guests of various beverages and food options in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The Server will work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Servers must be available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Schedule will fluctuate (2 week notice for scheduling).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inform guests of various beverage and food pairings.
• Describe food ingredients, textures, and tastes in detail.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution.
• Prepare final bills and process payments.
• Assist other servers.
• Perform side work.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Work in team environment.
• Be able to adapt to warm and cold temperatures.
• Lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs.
• Stand/move 8+ hours.
• Kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist.
