Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest services in a lively, energetic environment

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
• Experience in hospitality or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• A team player who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a passion for guest satisfaction
