Additionally, you’ll support the kitchen by assisting with food preparation, sanitation, and basic food handling tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen workspace
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed
• Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables or sections while maintaining high-quality service standards

Requirements

• Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
• Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction processing
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
• Demonstrated reliability with good attendance and punctuality; team-oriented mindset
