Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when

Requirements

• EXperience in food service or restaurant environments, helps but not necessary
• Knowledge of Toast POS system Preferable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; experience in bussing or guest services is a plus
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations; culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous
