What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a genuine, upbeat attitude and make them feel at home
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while keeping things relaxed and personable
• Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy
• Suggest menu items and daily features to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
• Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
• Manage multiple tables while staying calm and friendly during busy times
• Address guest questions or concerns in a helpful, professional manner

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong customer service skills and a naturally friendly personality
• Comfort working in a casual but professional hotel environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of POS systems (Toast is a bonus)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
