Job Title: Server/Waitress/Waiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and attentive server to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking their orders, and delivering food and beverages with professionalism and care. Your goal is to create a positive dining experience that keeps customers satisfied and encourages repeat visits. You will work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are maintained. A welcoming attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential to help us grow our business through memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and sanitation
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them comfortably
• Present menus, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting food and drinks
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar staff, and management
• Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism
• Handle cash transactions responsibly
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
• Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
