Restaurant Server

Job Summary
We are Pan Asia restaurant located in a busy neighborhood, looking for hard working​, positive attitude, team oriented members.

Our restaurant next to bus and T station.

Duties

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• Take accurate orders using POS. ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up or cleaning dining areas

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience in food service roles that involve serving, bussing, or host/hostess responsibilities is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour
