Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Restaurant & Food Staff for The Thrills Fun Park. Candidates will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant and food service operations and providing a good dining experience to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and beverages in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, kitchen, and food service areas.
• Arrange tables and maintain the dining area properly.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when assigned.
• Help in packing and serving takeaway orders.
• Monitor food supplies and inform the supervisor about shortages.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service staff, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Handle customer queries and requests professionally.
• Support restaurant operations during weekends, holidays, events, and busy hours.
• Follow all company rules, safety procedures, and instructions given by management.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th/12th pass. Higher qualifications will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, cafes, food courts, catering, or similar establishments will be preferred.
• Freshers may also apply for suitable positions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
