Restaurant Server

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, provide expert menu recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Sales & Upselling: Actively promote daily specials, premium items, and beverages to maximize sales targets.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff for timely delivery.
• Station Maintenance: Clean, set, and bus tables while keeping the dining area spotless.
• Side Work & Restocking: Restock supplies, cutlery, and condiments throughout the shift.
• Teamwork & Safety: Uphold food safety standards and collaborate seamlessly with coworkers during peak rushes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive upselling ability, and strong menu memorization (ingredients, pairings, and modifiers).
• Traits: Fast-paced, reliable, detail-oriented, and equipped with a professional, customer-first attitude.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
