Restaurant Server

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they enter until they leave. Your ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members will contribute to a seamless dining experience.

Duties

Indian restaurant , Need to know the food items names.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately using Aloha POS system, processing payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is an advantage.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
