Atomic Cowboy — home to Denver Biscuit Company & Fat Sully’s Pizza — is looking for a high-energy, guest-focused Server to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Guest Experience & Sales: Greet customers, deliver prompt and courteous service, and guide their experience with great salesmanship, menu presentations, and suggestive selling.
• Operations & Accuracy: Punch orders correctly and quickly into the ALOHA POS system. Handle guest checks, manage to-go orders, and execute perfectly accurate cash and card transactions.
• Teamwork & Hustle: Keep the floor moving. Clear tables, wash glassware, stock supplies, run trash, check restrooms, and communicate closely with FOH and HOH staff to ensure the whole team wins the shift.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all state and local responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Pace & Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 100% of your shift, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe. You are comfortable carrying up to 40 pounds from the kitchen/bar to the dining room 20+ times per shift.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol. Must successfully complete hourly training validations and obtain a Responsible Alcohol Certification within 60 days of employment.
