Restaurant Server

Fiori Bar & Kitchen is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to provide attentive service and support daily restaurant operations. This role involves welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, answering menu questions, delivering orders, and helping maintain a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service
• Present menus and answer basic questions about food, beverages, and restaurant offerings
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar team
• Enter orders into the POS system and confirm order details
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to routine requests
• Process payments and assist with guest checks according to restaurant procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas
• Clear and reset tables as needed
• Restock napkins, utensils, menus, glassware, and other service supplies
• Communicate guest requests, special orders, and concerns to the appropriate team members
• Assist coworkers during busy service periods to maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures
• Support opening, closing, and other routine restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous server, restaurant, café, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful
• Friendly, professional, and respectful approach to guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy
• Able to manage multiple tables and customer requests efficiently
• Comfortable learning POS systems, menu information, and restaurant procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $24.27 - $29.22 per hour
