Restaurant Server

Rodd Grand Yarmouth is seeking a professional, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server on a Part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating positive guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience
• Accurately take and process guest orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations when appropriate
• Assist with food service by running meals and supporting team members to ensure efficient service
• Address guest concerns professionally and work with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with guests
• Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment
• Energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
• Comfortable discussing menu items and sharing recommendations for food and beverages
• Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is considered an asset

• Serving: 1 year (preferred)
