Job Summary

Hawksmoor Manchester is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join the team. The successful candidate will provide attentive table service, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and help create a welcoming dining experience for every customer.

Job Description

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions when required.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Check customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and wider front-of-house team.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between services.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented dining areas.
• Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies.
• Process customer requests and support payment procedures when required.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and restaurant procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general front-of-house duties.
• Support the team during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or table-service experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and attentive approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
• Willingness to learn and maintain high service standards.

Pay: £19.00-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.0 per week
