Restaurant Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with food handling, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions when necessary.
• Process payments accurately while adhering to company policies.

Skills

• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation requirements.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach to helping guests and ensuring their needs are met.
