Restaurant Server

Looking for fun, out going and reliable servers to join the Vineyard team!!
Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disorderly conduct
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a server or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including sales, food handling, and bartending techniques
• Familiarity with Toast system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $19.13 per hour
