Restaurant Server

SAVR is seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to provide excellent guest service and support daily restaurant operations. This role involves greeting guests, explaining menu items, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and menu options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate special requests and order details clearly to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards.
• Check on guests during their meals and respond to additional requests.
• Coordinate with hosts, kitchen staff, and other servers to maintain efficient service.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions according to restaurant procedures.
• Keep tables, service stations, and assigned dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests.
• Address routine guest concerns professionally and notify a supervisor when needed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming approach to guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Good attention to order accuracy and service details.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Able to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems is helpful.
• Willingness to learn menu items and restaurant service standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
