Job Overview
PRIOR SERVER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings. PRIOR SERVER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills to ensure precision in order entry.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in hospitality, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food service operations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $489.00 - $648.00 per week
