Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS and OpenTable.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
• Manage guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments efficiently using cash registers while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food handling standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in guest services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms, is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and maintain positive guest relations throughout their dining experience.
