Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

Qualification

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel management qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSR outlets.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Role Objective: To deliver excellent guest service and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every customer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
