Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Prior food service or restaurant experience demonstrating strong guest service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and order adjustments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; a passion for serving others is essential.

Pay: $15.90 per hour
