What you bring:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide the highest level of service and sales
• Arrive promptly to each shift in full uniform
• A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
• 1 yrs high volume experience (preferred)
• Must have night and weekend schedule flexibility (preferred).
• Responsibilities
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Sweep and more the entire restaurant
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Knowledge of the menu
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders and cocktails
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Proven sales experience is required. Candidates must be confident in upselling menu items, promoting specials, and delivering excellent guest service while maximizing sales
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
