As a Danny's Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. This role requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to health and safety standards. Ultimately, your efforts will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the location of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to memorize menu items and specials quickly.
• Certification in food handling or hospitality training.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
