About the role

As a Restaurant Server, you will be key to providing extraordinary culinary experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and refined service. You will guide guests through their dining journey, offering detailed menu recommendations, expertly pairing beverages, and ensuring seamless table service that upholds high brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions regarding food preparation, ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beverage options
• Accurately record food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system, making thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly and gracefully according to luxury dining standards; perform routine table maintenance and clearing
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff, bar teams, and hostesses to ensure smooth timing and dietary accuracy across all tables
• Prepare accurate guest bills, handle cash/card payments efficiently, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization across service stations, dining areas, and side stands before, during, and after service shifts

About you

• Prior experience as a server in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume dining establishment preferred
• Solid understanding of food safety standards, culinary terms, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and high hospitality standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evening hours
• Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, carry service trays, and move light dining furniture as needed
