We believe great hospitality starts with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers. We are looking for a Restaurant Service Associate (m/f/d) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build practical experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Welcome customers, assist with seating, answer basic questions, and provide friendly and professional service throughout their visit.

Order Assistance: Take customer orders accurately, communicate requests to the kitchen team, and help ensure orders are served correctly and promptly.

Restaurant Support: Assist with table preparation, clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Customer Assistance: Respond politely to customer requests and refer more complex concerns to the appropriate team member.

Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred. Fresh graduates and applicants with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.

Education: Senior High School graduate or college level. Hospitality, tourism, food service, or related education is an advantage but not required.

Customer Service: You are friendly, respectful, patient, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Communication: You can communicate clearly with customers and team members and are willing to learn.

Work Ethic: You are dependable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.

Mindset: You have a positive attitude, pay attention to details, and are willing to learn the fundamentals of restaurant service.

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php17,700.00 per month
