Restaurant Service Associate

Job Summary

Dressler's is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide an excellent dining experience. This role involves assisting with guest service, food and beverage operations, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and working collaboratively with the restaurant team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant procedures.
• Support servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and other restaurant team members.
• Prepare dining areas, service stations, and workspaces for daily operations.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Respond to guest questions and service requests in a courteous manner.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to appropriate team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas.
• Restock utensils, beverages, supplies, and other restaurant materials as needed.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and promptly.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Follow restaurant policies and established service standards.
• Perform other restaurant service and support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout a shift.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
