Job Summary

Pizza Heaven Bistro is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Service Associate to support daily front-of-house operations and provide a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professional service standards.
• Assist customers with special requests and resolve routine service concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining and service areas.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
• Restock dining supplies, service items, and other front-of-house materials.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently.
• Monitor tables and service areas and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily restaurant operations.
• Support other team members during busy service periods.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Good attention to detail when handling orders and transactions.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
