Restaurant Service Coordinator

We are looking for candidates for a part time temporarily position of the retaurant service coordinator.

Restaurant Service Coordinator responsibilities will include:

· Coordinates the flow of completed food orders from the kitchen to the dining room.

· Review completed orders for accuracy, completeness, presentation, and appropriate temperatures before delivery.

· Coordinate timing between the kitchen, servers, food runners, and other restaurant employees.

· Monitor the progress of orders and communicate delays, modifications, special requests, or other concerns to the appropriate employees.

· Assist in prioritizing orders based on seating times, courses, large parties, special occasions, and other service requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Reading, writing and basic math skills.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must stand and walk during entire shift.

· Frequently lift and carry service tray weighing up to 25 lbs., intermittently lift and carry service tray weighing up to 35 lbs.

· One plus years of prior serving experience
