About the role
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage table seatings, and present food and beverage menus
- Explain menu items and answer guest questions regarding ingredients or allergies
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Clear, clean tables and reset tables promptly after guests leave
About you
- Relevant working experience in a F&B service role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members clearly
- Able to work in a team
- Possess a valid Food Safety Course certificate
- Able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a non-halal environment
