• Customer Interaction: Welcome guests upon arrival, guide them through menus, suggest dishes, and handle inquiries or complaints with a professional attitude.
• Order Management: Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Food and Drink Service: Deliver meals promptly and check on diners to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Cleanliness and Upkeep: Clear and wipe down tables, reset stations, restock condiments, and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Billing and Payments: Present bills, operate cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems, and process cash or card transactions
