Restaurant Service Executive

Location:
Orchard Area

Timing:
Based on shift until 2am. Transport reimbursement provided.

Create great dining experiences in a 5 star hotel restaurant. This role offers the opportunity to take on a hands-on position across restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and personalised service to guests

Take ownership of assigned service sections and support smooth daily operations

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service

Support restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining operations

Manage billing and payment transactions accurately using POS systems

Maintain service readiness, cleanliness, and outlet presentation

Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests

Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally

Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations

Experience in a

hotel, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment

is an advantage

Good knowledge of food service, beverages, and dining operations

Comfortable using POS or electronic ordering systems

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills

Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
