Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Assist guests with menu selections by providing knowledgeable recommendations and promoting featured food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and seasonal items.
• Accurately process guest orders through the POS system and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while safely handling both oval and bar service trays.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of assigned dining sections and service stations.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations by monitoring inventory levels and upholding cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or customer service industry is an advantage.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of carrying and balancing service trays safely and confidently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
