- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant personnel during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of quality food and service.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, product availability, and proper handling of restaurant supplies.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance, operating expenses, and variances.
- Prepare shift reports and endorse important operational concerns to the next shift or management.
- Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to established procedures, when applicable.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments to maintain efficient operations
