As a Shift Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the team during peak hours, including making pizzas and working the register.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
