Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all team members perform their roles effectively
• Lead staff training sessions to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha and Micros), and food safety procedures
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
• Oversee cash handling processes, including balancing registers and preparing shift reports with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, supervising food quality, and ensuring timely service delivery
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively
• Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management, and budgeting principles
• Exceptional communication skills for managerial conversations, staff training, and customer interactions
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, order calculations, and profit analysis
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
