Restaurant Shift Leader

Job Summary

As a shift leader at Crumbl Cookies, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience while preparing high-quality cookies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cookies following Crumbl recipes and standards
• Mix dough, ball cookies, frost, and decorate as needed
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (front and back of house)
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
