Restaurant Shift Leader

Marco's Pizza in Seabrook is looking for an energetic, dependable, Shift Lead to help run our store and guide our crew. This is more than a shift lead job. It's the first step on a real career path, with the potential to move into an Assistant Manager role as you grow with us.

Pay: $12 - $13 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Lead your shift and keep the team motivated, focused, and having fun
• Delegate tasks and make sure every station is running smoothly
• Make sure every pizza, sub, salad, and wing order goes out hot, fresh, and right
• Deliver great customer service and turn any problem into a happy customer
• Jump in and help on the line, at the register, or on delivery handoffs when needed
• Train and coach new team members to help them succeed
• Handle opening or closing duties, including cash handling and cleanup
• Keep the store clean, safe, and up to standard
• Work closely with the General Manager to hit goals for service, quality, and sales

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and a love of working with people
• Someone dependable who shows up and sets the example
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team
• Availability for evenings and weekends, including some closing shifts
• Age 18 or older
• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. If you've got the drive, we'll teach you the Marco's way.
