Restaurant Shift Leader

This position has been created to strengthen daily restaurant operations, provide additional leadership during assigned shifts, and support our team in maintaining consistent service and operational standards.

Position: Restaurant Shift Lead
Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20 per hour + tips
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance after the probationary period, subject to eligibility and plan terms.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Shift Lead will be responsible for leading and supporting team members during assigned shifts, coordinating daily responsibilities, and helping ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staff responsibilities and delegate tasks to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure team members take their scheduled breaks while maintaining appropriate coverage at their assigned stations.
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods to maintain smooth restaurant operations and quality guest service.
• Facilitate and oversee proper opening and closing procedures.
• Address routine guest questions and concerns, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Maintain direct communication with management by reporting important shift information, incidents, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory counts, supply management, events, and other operational needs as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the manager on shift.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
