Port of Subs in Littleton, CO is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to support daily store operations. You'll work alongside our Store Manager to lead a friendly team, maintain our high standards for food quality, and deliver the great guest experience Port of Subs is known for.

What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Help with scheduling, inventory management, and food cost controls
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards are consistently met
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, and daily sales reporting

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, fast-casual, or food service setting
• Prior supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for great food and genuine hospitality
