Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all team members deliver top-notch customer service and food quality.
• Assist with food preparation, including handling kitchen equipment and maintaining food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, cash handling, and retail transactions efficiently.
• Manage customer orders with accuracy, upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with health regulations.
• Support team members with food service tasks like bussing tables, serving guests, and managing food handling procedures.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions accurately, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist in training new team members on food safety practices, POS systems, and customer service standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
• Proven background in food preparation, food safety management, and operating kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cashiering.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
