Restaurant Shift Leader- EggBred

We are looking for a Shift Leader to grow with us and work closely with the General Manager

during their shifts to strategize and execute operational consistency and protocol. The Shift

Leader’s responsibilities would include working closely with the day to day team on following

brand standards, efficiently coaching and putting into place the EggBred systems and

processes, and ensuring that quality standards are met along with hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager on the day-to-day operations
• Maintain quality and hospitality standards
• Ensure the proper policies and procedures are in place
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Train and coach new employees
• Ensure customer experience is top priority
• Maintain speed and efficiency for a QSR setting
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Skills

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar leadership role
• Ability to learn and grow
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time / Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
