Restaurant Shift Leader (Supervisor)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and motivate crew members to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and SOP compliance.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift documentation.
• Monitor labour, productivity, and restaurant performance.
• Coach, train, and develop crew members and Team Trainers.
• Support Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with a passion for developing people.
• Experience in fast-food restaurants is an advantage.
