Restaurant Shift Supervisor

St. Louis takes its food seriously, from toasted ravioli to slow-smoked barbecue to packed tables on Cardinals and Blues game nights. A great meal here depends on someone keeping the whole shift on track, and that's the job. As our Restaurant Shift Supervisor, you'll lead the team on the floor, solve problems on the fly and make sure every guest gets the experience they came for. If you've been the person everyone turns to on a busy night, it's time your title caught up.

At a Glance

• Pay: $21 to $24 per hour, plus a share of nightly tips
• Bonus: Quarterly bonus of up to $750 based on shift and store goals
• Schedule: Full-time, around 40 hours per week, with a mix of opening and closing shifts, including weekends
• Location: On-site in St. Louis, MO

What You'll Own

• Running shifts from open to close, including cash handling and end-of-shift reports
• Leading, motivating and assigning tasks to servers, hosts and kitchen staff
• Jumping in wherever needed, from the host stand to the line
• Handling guest concerns quickly and leaving people happy
• Training new team members and coaching them on service standards
• Making sure food safety, cleanliness and opening and closing procedures are followed
• Keeping an eye on inventory, labor and deliveries during your shifts

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience, including front of house, back of house or fast-casual
• Some shift lead, key holder or supervisory experience is preferred
• A calm, upbeat presence under pressure
• Availability for evenings, weekends and some holidays
• ServSafe certification is a plus, and we'll help you get it if you don't have it
