Job Summary

Breva Bar & Grill is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented New American Restaurant Worker to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves assisting guests, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean dining and work areas, and working with the restaurant team to provide an efficient and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with taking customer orders and ensuring order details are accurate.
• Support the preparation and service of food and beverages according to established procedures.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Assist guests with menu questions and general requests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
• Clear and reset tables as needed during service.
• Restock food, beverage, dining, and service supplies.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist servers, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy periods.
• Help prepare service areas and supplies before opening and throughout each shift.
• Process customer payments or assist with payment procedures as assigned.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns politely and professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Communicate operational needs or customer issues to supervisors.
• Perform other restaurant and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and service standards.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
