Job Summary

La Grotta Ristorante is seeking dependable Restaurant Staff members to support daily dining operations and provide attentive service in an upscale Italian restaurant. This role may assist with guest service, dining-room organization, food running, and other front-of-house needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service
• Assist servers with table service and food running
• Prepare and reset tables before and after service
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas
• Assist with guest requests and basic menu questions
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Follow restaurant service, sanitation, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy dining environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Fine-dining experience is a plus

About The Company

La Grotta Ristorante is a long-established Italian restaurant in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. The restaurant has served traditional Northern Italian cuisine since 1978, with fresh pasta, seafood, veal, wine, and attentive table service in an intimate dining setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.0 per week
