Restaurant Staff Member – Subway

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Subway team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or for someone with previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service.

No prior restaurant experience is required, but is preferred. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the register and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and other products as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• No previous restaurant experience required
• Previous food service, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Dependable and responsible
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
