Job Summary

Egg Mann and Earl is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Breakfast Restaurant Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming dining experience. This role involves assisting guests, handling breakfast orders, supporting food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist guests with seating, menus, and general restaurant questions.
• Take breakfast and brunch orders accurately and communicate special requests.
• Assist with preparing, assembling, plating, and serving breakfast menu items as needed.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Check orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation.
• Answer basic questions about menu items and available options.
• Communicate dietary requests and food allergy concerns to appropriate team members.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
• Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other service supplies.
• Assist with dishwashing and routine cleaning duties when needed.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report customer concerns, order issues, and supply needs to supervisors.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant preparation.
• Help maintain consistent service quality and a positive guest experience.
• Perform other restaurant service and support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, breakfast service, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant environment.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Willingness to learn menu items, service procedures, and food safety practices.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on service tasks throughout a shift.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
